Well, I would say it was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had, and mostly it was due to Tim’s attention to detail and responsiveness. He moved the process along quickly by answering my questions promptly and providing all the information requested, if it was available through the dealership. The in-person experience at the dealership was exceptional and only wish I was becoming a member of the AM Newport Beach community, but I live on the other side of the country.
